Will be looking great when you put them all together with that awesome base you've done. Looking forward to the finish....

Been a while on an update on this, but I've been busy.....doubt i'm still going to get it finished by deadline, but oh well. ive enjoyed this build.....

anyway, heres what ive done, not a lot but here goes

Ive painted the camo smocks on the paras, their trousers are done filed grey with a mix of field grey /greenish grey for the highlights, the smocks are basecoated german camo beige, the brown is german camo brown & the green is doa olivegrun....just got to try & add the raindrops next as the last attempt i tried with a fine liner pen didnt quite go to plan imho

Next up is 1 of the grenadiers, I thought i would do something different with this guy, i gave him italian camo trousers & a covered helmet was added thats by tank models, but I thought lets mix things up a bit & did his helmet cover in splinter camo rather than the italian camo that would have matched his trousers, this guy is 1 of my favourite figures of the group

Righto guys,

its been a long time coming but heres the pics of my finally finished italian country diorama. It is depicting some panzer grenadiers & fallschirmjagers taking a break from the front whilst a panzerjager team take the time to replenish their ammo & supplies for their nashorn. The nashorn is by dragon, the figures are all dragon, but most of them modified, The ammo sets are by afv club & the whole scenery is scratchbuilt

the scene shows a few guys having a laugh at 1 of the fallschirmjagers trying to control a small calf that he fancies slaughtering for his & his friends dinner, but the calf isnt having none of it, to the amusement of his comrades .  Hope you all like  :)
