I actually built a Platoon of cavalry using Tallern Horse mounted figs at $10 a pop and had 38 Tallerns (4 squads of 9 with two in the Command squad) and converted the SGTs for each squad using the Tallern legs and Praetorian upper bodies as well as the Comand groups 2 troopers and Commander, plus I added a mounted Commissar. Truly a sight to see on turn one charging across the table and the opponents eyes popping open and jaw dropping :o. Almost forgot aslo made Heavy weapons teams using the old metal HW and Wagon wheels being pulled behind one of the troopers in each squad. Seize the objective, dismount and defend. Sold them a while back to a felow in the US Army in Gearmany, said it blew the opponents away as no one had ever seen a Cavalry charge more of less a Platoon of 46 on the table......Will love to see the orks when your finished....

Ello mr milla, fw or forgeworld is a sub company of gamesworkshop , they only do resin fantasy and 40k( sci fi ) gaming figures and kits.
So they have more of a double reason to buy as they are great models but you get to game with them. Some items are xpensive but about the same as resin kits. Just smaller 25mm bases. I'll put some more when I've time. Hope this helps milla.
